Transfiguration of Christ Orthodox Cathedral
Historic Orthodox Cathedral, Since 1898
Since 1898 the first Orthodox church in Colorado has stood in north Denver, and today it is protected as a piece of the state history. This is a working cathedral with Byzantine icons, a choir, and a Sunday fellowship meal, welcoming parishioners and anyone who wants to see the living history of Orthodoxy in the American West.

Russian Orthodox Church: Liturgy, Confession, Classes
Since 1952 the doors of this church have been open to anyone looking for prayer, confession, and fellowship with people of shared faith. It is the only parish of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in all of Colorado, and its iconostasis and painted walls carry the spirit of the churches of the old country.

Gothic silence among the skyscrapers
On Fifth Avenue, surrounded by glass, flagship boutiques, office towers and the constant movement of Midtown Manhattan, St. Patrick’s Cathedral looks almost impossible.
