My name is Fyodor Soloview, and I am a bilingual Notary Public for the State of Alaska. Since 1990 I have run RUSA, Inc., a document processing bureau serving Anchorage's Russian-speaking community. I notarize documents in both English and Russian, provide certified translations of birth, marriage, and death certificates, diplomas, and driver's licenses, and help clients obtain an apostille through Juneau. When needed, I travel to visit clients in person for notarization.
