My name is Fyodor Soloview, and I am a bilingual Notary Public for the State of Alaska. Since 1990 I have run RUSA, Inc., a document processing bureau serving Anchorage's Russian-speaking community. I notarize documents in both English and Russian, provide certified translations of birth, marriage, and death certificates, diplomas, and driver's licenses, and help clients obtain an apostille through Juneau. When needed, I travel to visit clients in person for notarization.

Beyond standard notary work, I handle tasks rarely found at an ordinary notary office: preparing immigration forms, drafting wills, consulting in Russian, and genealogy research for clients tracing their family history through European emigration to America. Once a year I also process the Life Certificate that Russian pensioners need to keep receiving payments from the Pension Fund of Russia.

For any document headed to Russia, I bring the text, formatting, and layout in line with what Russian notarial authorities require, to help avoid rejection or a lengthy review. Appointments are by arrangement - please call ahead.
