I help clients buy, sell, finance, or refinance real estate in San Diego and other California cities, and I have been doing this work since 1993. As both a licensed broker and a mortgage loan originator, I guide clients through the entire transaction from the first application to closing.

A significant share of my clients are foreign buyers and people who recently moved to the United States, so I know how to structure a loan even without a long US credit history. I also serve Orange County and Los Angeles, helping clients find a financing option that actually fits their situation.
