Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas brings its beginner rhythmic gymnastics program to Frisco on Saturday mornings, giving girls ages 5 to 18 an easy, low-pressure way to try the Olympic sport of rhythmic gymnastics close to home. No prior experience is needed - students start with the basics of apparatus handling, flexibility, and music-based movement under certified coaches.
Saturday classes in Frisco are built for girls just starting out, introducing the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics - rope, hoop, ball, clubs, and ribbon work, along with the flexibility, coordination, and basic ballet concepts that support every skill that comes after. As students grow more confident, they have a path to progress into the Recreational, Homeschool, or Competitive tracks at RRT's main McKinney studio, home to a team that has won state and regional championship titles.
Every class stays small and structured, led by certified coaches who focus on building real technique from day one rather than just keeping kids busy for an hour.
