The menu draws on popular Eastern European dishes with a modern presentation: herring under a fur coat, blini with red caviar, a cold meat and fish platter, a shashlik trio of lamb, pork, and chicken with homemade adjika, and classic Napoleon cake and eclairs for dessert.
