Immigration Law: Work, Family, and Business Visas

My name is Svetlana Boukhny, and I am an immigration attorney who has practiced in California since 2004, in addition to being admitted to the bar in Arizona, Indiana, and Ohio. I work with individual clients and businesses across a wide range of immigration matters, from work visas (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, and others) to family-based immigration, student and visitor visas, and naturalization. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Immigration cases often involve several areas of law at once, and I work across a wide range of categories, from professional immigration to family reunification.
