A real estate closing involves more legal exposure than most buyers realize until something goes wrong with the title. I am an attorney and licensed title agent in Boca Raton, handling real estate transactions, title insurance, and refinancing alongside family law, probate, business, and personal injury matters, in English and Russian.

Licensed with The Florida Bar since 1996, I built my practice around the idea that a real estate closing should not be the moment you discover a problem with the title.
