A car accident, a sudden dismissal, an insurer refusing to pay: each of these is a dispute that can be won. I am Vadim Kats, a partner at Landy Marr Kats LLP, representing clients before the courts and tribunals of Ontario since 2000, in cases involving personal injury, employment disputes, insurer refusals and commercial conflicts. Two university degrees in politics and a Juris Doctor built the foundation for an approach based on preparation, not promises.

A dispute is decided in a courtroom or in front of a tribunal, and that is where I represent my clients: at the Superior Court of Justice, at the Ontario Court of Appeal, and before administrative tribunals.
