Real Estate in Richmond, Midlothian and Chesterfield
Choosing a home in Virginia while you live in another state, selling several condos in one deal or buying your first home: I have worked in real estate since 2012, I guide clients in Richmond, Midlothian, Montpelier and North Chesterfield, and I believe a good agent first informs and protects rather than pushes you toward a decision.
I grew up in Eastern Europe, moved to the United States in 2002 and studied in Ukraine to be a math teacher, then worked in finance, so I am used to breaking a deal down into numbers and steps. These skills help me explain to a buyer what makes up the price, what is checked when a mortgage is arranged and what to look at during a home inspection, and to show a seller how to prepare the property and negotiate.
People come to me when they need to:
- buy a first home and go through the whole path without extra stress
- move to Virginia from another state and choose a neighborhood without coming to every showing
- sell a home or an apartment at a price the market supports
- handle a complex deal, such as selling several properties at once
- simply assess the market and decide without hurry
I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative, available to talk at any time, and I value a long relationship over a single transaction. If Russian or Ukrainian is easier for you, you can write and call in those languages.
