Residential Real Estate in Russian and English
Someone is looking for a first condo, someone is letting go of a house after the kids grew up and moved out, and someone needs temporary housing for parents who just arrived in the country. Each story comes with its own set of questions, and I work through them with the client in Russian or English, whichever is easier.
The first question most buyers ask is the same one: what will this cost in the end, how long will it take, and what could go wrong. I answer all three before we ever go see a house.
After that, the stories split. For a young family I show condos and townhouses within walking distance of a school and a park. For someone selling the house where they raised their kids, I help them value it honestly, not at the number they would like to hear, and get it ready to show. For parents who have just moved from another country, I find rental housing to bridge the time before they buy something permanent.
