Ballroom and Latin Dance Without a Partner, Wedding First Dance

Come without a partner and without a membership, in comfortable clothes, and within a few weeks move confidently to salsa, bachata and foxtrot, or even prepare your wedding first dance with a choreographer: Dance Studio Lioudmila in Alexandria has gathered lovers of ballroom and Latin dance into a warm community since 2000, where everyone finds their own rhythm.

Group classes run in the evenings through the week: on Monday foxtrot and cha-cha for every level, on Tuesday Argentine tango for beginners and for intermediate and advanced dancers, on Wednesday salsa and bachata for beginners, and on Thursday salsa and bachata for intermediate and advanced dancers. A lesson lasts forty-five minutes, and the studio also teaches American and International ballroom, swing, hustle and two-step.

For those preparing for a special occasion:
- private lessons for a wedding, a performance or a competition, given by instructors certified in every style
- wedding dance: the couple's first dance, a father-daughter dance and a mother-son dance
- a routine set to your own music or help choosing a song
- videos and a written practice sheet between lessons
- gift lessons

On Saturdays the studio invites everyone to social dance parties, and in the fall there is a studio showcase where students take the stage. The spacious hardwood floor can be rented for practice or a dance event. No partner is needed, no membership is required, come as you are.
