Asylum, a green card through family, citizenship or defense in immigration court: I have handled such cases nationwide since 2002 and pursue results not only in immigration courts but also before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal circuit courts, and in Virginia I also represent clients in criminal and traffic cases.
