Immigration and Tax Attorney: Green Cards, Visas, Court and Tax
Getting a green card through marriage or work, extending status, moving from a work visa or defending yourself in immigration court, and filing a tax return correctly along the way: I handle such cases in Virginia, look at each case individually because every client has a different story, and offer a free first consultation.
Immigration cases are all different, each with its own deadlines and requirements, so I work in several areas. For those who want to stay in the United States and legalize their status, I help with green cards through marriage and employment, extensions, work permits and naturalization, and for families I arrange bringing relatives from abroad through a green card or a K-1 or K-3 visa.
For workers and students I handle H-1B, L-1 and R-1 work visas, F-1, M-1 and J-1 student visas, B-1 and B-2 tourist and business visas, as well as DACA and Temporary Protected Status. If a case has reached court, I represent clients in immigration court and handle asylum, bond release and reopening cases.
Besides immigration, I help with taxes and represent taxpayers, and I handle traffic violations in court.
Call or write to me, the first consultation is free. If Russian is easier for you, you can write and call in Russian.
