I am Nataliya Dzera, a lawyer with the Barreau du Québec since 2004, and before requalifying here, I trained and practiced law in Ukraine, so I understand the immigration process from both sides of it. I handle immigration matters, visas and invitations, divorce, federal court appeals, and criminal cases.

Immigration law is easier to navigate with a lawyer who's actually lived through a version of it herself, not just studied it from a textbook. I'm Nataliya Dzera, called to the Barreau du Québec in 2004, after originally training as a lawyer in Ukraine.
