Zimenko Natalia
Immigration Consultant, Former Immigration Judge
I am Natalia Zimenko, and before becoming an immigration consultant, I spent years on the other side of the process, as an immigration officer, investigator, immigration judge, and Canadian diplomat. I bring that inside knowledge of how decisions actually get made to every case, from investor and specialist programs to appeals and post-refusal situations.
Most immigration consultants have never sat on the other side of the desk deciding a case; I have. I'm Natalia Zimenko, a member of ICCRC with a background as an immigration officer, investigator, immigration judge, and Canadian diplomat before moving into consulting.
What I help with:
- Investor, specialist, artist, athlete, and scientist immigration programs
- Domestic worker and self-employed applications
- Student and visitor visas, work permits
- Family sponsorship
- Appeals, post-refusal cases, and status loss matters
- Citizenship documentation and permanent residency updates
- Divorce proceedings, translations, notarizations, and contract review
Understanding how the system actually evaluates a case, not just how the form reads, makes a real difference when something has already gone wrong.
