Romanian and Balkan Charcuterie

Balkani has been making traditional Romanian and Balkan charcuterie since 2004, starting as a single stall at Jean-Talon Market and growing into a real producer with its own South Shore facility - sourcing meat from local farmers and turning out close to 150 products, from mici and Hungarian csabai sausages to head cheese, traditional cheeses, sarmale, and cakes. People drive in from as far as Quebec City for it.
