Pankratov Boris

Licensed General Contractor Serving the Bay Area

My name is Boris Pankratov, a licensed and bonded general contractor working across the Bay Area, from San Francisco to San Mateo, Belmont, and Foster City. I take on any kind of remodeling job, from replacing a kitchen countertop to a full bathroom overhaul or a whole-house renovation.

I handle:
- Kitchen installations and bathroom remodels
- Flooring, windows, doors, and tile
- Plumbing work
- Additions, layout changes, and full home renovations
- Commercial buildouts, offices, restaurants, and retail spaces

I work by referral and try to keep prices fair without cutting corners on quality. Call or reach out, and I will go over your project and put together an estimate.
