Immigration and Family Law

I help clients navigate difficult immigration and family law matters. I handle visas, political asylum, deportation defense, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as divorce, child custody, and property division cases. I represent clients before California courts, USCIS, the National Visa Center, and the federal courts of appeal. I have been practicing law since 2010.

For more than ten years I have represented clients nationwide in immigration and family law matters. On the immigration side, I handle work-based and family-based visas, political asylum, deportation defense, and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal courts of appeal - I am admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I am licensed to practice law in both California and Florida.

In family law, I help clients through divorce, child custody and visitation disputes, property division, and other matters that call for both legal precision and a human touch. I handle cases in both state and federal court, and represent clients before USCIS and the National Visa Center. Consultations are by appointment.
