Yampolsky Henry

Radiation Oncology, Russian-Speaking Physician

My name is Henry Yampolsky, and I am a board certified radiation oncologist practicing in West Hills as part of City of Hope Medical Foundation and the Providence network. I am one of only a few Russian-speaking radiation oncologists in the United States, and I believe it matters for Russian-speaking patients to be able to discuss a difficult diagnosis and treatment plan in their native language, without losing nuance. I treat a wide range of cancers using advanced radiation therapy technologies, including IMRT, stereotactic radiotherapy, and brachytherapy.

I completed my radiation oncology training at the USC/Norris Cancer Center and LAC+USC Medical Center, where I gained broad clinical experience treating a wide range of cancers. I have designed and participated in clinical trials investigating new cancer treatments and have presented research, including work in lymphoma and leukemia, at professional medical conferences.

Technologies and techniques I work with include:
- Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)
- Stereotactic Body and Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SBRT, SRS)
- Brachytherapy, including gynecologic brachytherapy
- Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT)
- Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (RapidArc)

I am currently accepting new patients and see patients in both English and Russian. Contact the office to schedule a consultation.
