Anastasia Gold Caviar has raised Russian sturgeon on a 100-acre Florida farm since 2014, one of the only American producers of premium farm-raised caviar. Ossetra, Siberian, and Sevruga varieties, kept fresh the Old World way rather than pasteurized, run by three generations of the same farming family.
