I am Nina Lyakh, a licensed real estate Broker with Coldwell Banker in Eagan, and I also prepare tax returns, translate documents, and provide notary services, so a client can handle several parts of settling into a new home or a new tax year with one trusted person. On the real estate side, I help buyers and sellers understand what is actually happening in the local market, figure out what they really want in a home, negotiate on their behalf, and get the legal paperwork right. On the tax side, I prepare individual and business returns, including LLCs and corporations, file electronically, and correct amended returns when something was filed wrong the first time. I also translate documents between Russian, Ukrainian, and English, and provide notarization when a document needs to be signed and certified.
