I help clients get out of debt and start fresh. I handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, help eliminate credit card debt, stop foreclosure, and resolve second mortgage debt. I speak both Russian and English. I have been practicing bankruptcy law in Sacramento since 2008.

I was born in the USSR and moved to the United States at age six, growing up in Modesto, California. I earned my bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley in 2004 and my Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2007. After graduating, I worked at three of the largest bankruptcy firms in the Sacramento region, focusing on consumer debt relief.

I am an active participant in the local Slavic community and have appeared in Russian-language print media, radio, and television discussing bankruptcy and debt relief options. I understand how difficult it can be to decide to seek legal help, and I try to guide every client through the process calmly and with as little stress as possible.
