I work as a real estate broker and hold the national Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, one of the most respected professional honors in the field. I serve Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo counties. I have been working in real estate since 2003.

I began my career as a real estate agent, spent many years as a broker associate at Lyon Real Estate, and later opened my own company, Sheremet Realty, where I remain the broker today. I hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology, which helps me connect with clients and stay attentive to their needs at every stage of a transaction.

In addition to the CRS designation, I hold an E-PRO certification, reflecting proficiency with modern real estate technology.
