I am Gennady Bronshteyn, a Minnesota attorney licensed since 2012 and based in the Elk River and Otsego area, handling criminal cases, misdemeanors, immigration matters, family law, and arbitration and mediation. My criminal defense practice covers everything from minor citations to serious charges, and I represent clients through the immigration process as they work to build a life in Minnesota. On the family law side, I handle divorce, custody, and related disputes, and I also serve as an arbitrator and mediator for clients who want to resolve a dispute without a full court battle. I built my practice to serve the Twin Cities Russian-speaking community directly, without needing a separate interpreter in the room.

I am Gennady Bronshteyn, and I have practiced law in Minnesota since 2012, earning my J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. My office is in the Elk River and Otsego area, and I built my practice around the legal needs that come up most often for the Twin Cities Russian-speaking community.
