Immigration, Employment, and Injury Law in San Francisco

A San Francisco attorney handling immigration and employment law matters, as well as personal injury cases. I help clients with political asylum, immigration appeals, and deportation defense, along with workplace disputes and injury claims. I have been practicing law in California since 2009.

From the office in the San Francisco Financial District, I represent clients from a wide range of countries on immigration matters. I handle political asylum cases, prepare appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal courts, and defend clients against deportation. A second area of practice is employment law, covering unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, discrimination, and wrongful termination. I also handle injury cases arising from car accidents and other incidents, including cases with serious or fatal outcomes. Consultations are by appointment.
