I moved to Vancouver in 1996, and since then I've actually lived in Richmond, Delta, North Vancouver, and Yaletown, so when I talk about a neighbourhood, it's not from a listing sheet, it's from having lived there. Before real estate, I spent nearly a decade at CIBC and Vancity helping people work through mortgages, and I bring that same financial eye to every deal I handle today as a Realtor with Heller Murch Realty. In 2024 I added a Property Management license too, so I can help with renting out a property, not just buying or selling one.

I've lived in Richmond, Delta, North Vancouver, and Yaletown since moving to Vancouver in 1996, so when a client asks me about a neighbourhood, I'm not guessing, I actually lived there. Before I became a Realtor in 2011, I spent nearly a decade at CIBC and Vancity helping homebuyers work through their mortgages, and that background still shapes how I look at every deal.
