Rhythmic Gymnastics in North and West Vancouver

Planet Rhythmics brings its rhythmic gymnastics program to the North Shore, with classes at Planet Studio in North Vancouver and the West Vancouver Community Centre for girls ages 3 to 16. Training draws on Russian and Ukrainian coaching methodology and has produced a Canadian National Champion, with programs ranging from first-time beginners to serious competitors.

Girls on the North Shore don't have to cross the bridge for serious rhythmic gymnastics training - Planet Rhythmics runs its program right in the neighborhood, at Planet Studio in North Vancouver and the West Vancouver Community Centre.

Three tracks let every gymnast find her level: recreational classes for beginners just starting out, a Performance and AGG (Aesthetic Group Gymnastics) program for intermediate athletes, and full competitive training for those working toward provincial and national results. Coaching methodology comes from leading Russian and Ukrainian schools, and the club counts a Canadian National Champion among its athletes.

North Shore students are also part of the club's biggest annual event - the Planet Rhythmics International Invitational, drawing over 350 competitors from Canada and abroad each year, giving local gymnasts a front-row seat to one of the country's largest rhythmic gymnastics competitions.
