I'm Olesea Zadoinova, a Notary Public in Coquitlam, and before earning my commission from the Supreme Court of BC in 2014, I spent four years working as a legal consultant in Moldova - so I understand both the Canadian system and what it's like navigating a new country's paperwork for the first time.
