I have been a Notary Public in Coquitlam since 2015, handling real estate purchases and refinancing, wills, powers of attorney, and a full range of notarial services. My background combines a law degree from Russia with legal training here in Canada, so I bring both international and local experience to every document I prepare. I work with clients in English and Russian.

Getting a legal document right the first time matters, and my path into notarial work has given me a genuinely thorough grounding in exactly that. I completed my law degree at Mari State University in Russia, where I worked in legal firms drafting contracts, wills, and other documents while representing clients' interests. After moving to Canada, I continued my legal education with a legal assistant program at Capilano University and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University before becoming a Notary Public in 2015.

My practice covers real estate purchases and refinancing, wills and powers of attorney, affidavits, minor travel authorizations, certified true copies, and the notarization of documents for use internationally.
