Parcels for family and friends without the post office line: set up the shipment online, then UPS takes the parcel and it travels to the recipient at the door or at the post office. The service now operates in Denver too, so you can ship straight from home or visit the office and get help with the paperwork.

Shipping from home. Register on the website, create the parcel, enter the recipient's details, fill in the declaration, print the label, and hand the parcel to UPS. UPS labels are provided, you can ship from any state, and the calculator on the site shows the cost and delivery time.

Shipping from the Denver office. Pack the parcel and bring it to the office, where the team helps you complete the documents and sends it off. The office works by appointment.

How it works. Delivery goes to the door or to a post office, by sea, by air, or by express mail, and the tracking number lets you follow the parcel at every stage. Parcels from 1 to 30 kg and up to 150 cm in length are accepted.

Where to. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Germany, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, France, Italy, Spain, and other countries. Before shipping, review the packing rules and the list of items prohibited from export from the United States.
