The women-owned team keeps a traditional Russian banya ritual on the menu alongside a full contrast-therapy circuit, delivered by massage therapists and estheticians who bring techniques from around the world.

A private sauna session comes with access to the full bathhouse circuit - cold plunge, a cold waterfall bucket, and a steam room - built for the classic contrast-therapy rhythm of heat, cold, and rest. The banya and venik ritual stays true to its Russian roots: birch or oak bundles used the traditional way, in a room built specifically for it, not tacked onto a generic spa menu as an afterthought.

Beyond the bathhouse, the spa offers therapeutic massage and facials from a team of estheticians and therapists trained across different countries and traditions, so the same visit can cover deep muscle recovery, skin care, and the ritual heat-and-cold circuit in one appointment.
