Seppis European Market and Deli is a family-run deli and market in Hamilton, in the Bitterroot Valley, built around a simple idea: the cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, and imported pantry goods that used to mean a drive to Missoula are now cut, stocked, and built into boards right on Copper King Court. Lunch is made to order at the deli counter, and the custom boards - salami roses, imported cheese, fruit cut that morning - are the part people end up photographing before they eat.

The lunch menu is built from scratch at the counter, with sandwiches like the Caprese-style "Elevator" on ciabatta, the mortadella-and-burrata Lacey's Sandwich, a Cubano piled with roasted pork and ham, and a classic Jambon Beurre made with imported butter, alongside salads built around pear and gorgonzola, beets and candied walnuts, or a straightforward Greek salad, plus soup made fresh each week.

The other half of the shop is the market side: imported cheese and cured meats cut to order by the pound, along with chocolate, jams and preserves, mustards and pickles, olives, and European candy - the kind of pantry stock that used to mean a special trip out of the Bitterroot Valley. Custom charcuterie boards are built to order for any size gathering, and Seppi's is the only caterer used by the Hamilton airport, handling everything from office platters to hangar lunches and weddings.
