I am Lana Yatskina, and for years I have helped Twin Cities clients with real estate, income tax, and insurance under one roof rather than sending you to three different offices. On the real estate side, I handle buying and selling homes, condos, and land, market valuation, investment consulting, and financing help, including short sales, bank-owned properties, HUD homes, auctions, rentals, and contract for deed. On the tax and business side, I prepare personal and business returns, handle bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax filing, and help with choosing the right business structure and registering with the IRS and the state of Minnesota. I offer free consultations and speak Russian, so you never have to translate a contract or a tax form on your own.
