A St. Paul institution since 1994, Moscow on the Hill brings the warmth of a Russian dining room to Cathedral Hill - red drapes, chandeliers, and a nightly soundtrack of live accordion. The kitchen turns out classic comfort food: rich beef stroganoff, hand-folded pelmeni and vareniki, cabbage rolls, borscht, and blini piled with caviar, paired with a bar built around house-infused vodkas. Moscow on the Hill has served the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of St. Paul since 1994, offering an atmosphere and menu built around Russian and Eastern European tradition.
