American law runs on precedent, and much of it works differently from the system many of my clients grew up with. I explain it in plain language and carry each matter through to a result: immigration, business and estate planning. I work with families, entrepreneurs and professionals in Mount Pleasant and across South Carolina.

Immigration is the core of my practice. I help at every stage of the road to the United States:

I am admitted to practice in South Carolina state courts, in federal courts, in immigration court and in Washington, D.C., and I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. A Ph.D. earned in Russia and a Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law help me see legal questions from both sides.
