Historic Ballroom for Community Events, Concerts, and Rentals

Since 1952, the Russian Community Center of Seattle has brought the Russian-speaking community together in a former 1925 movie theater on Capitol Hill, hosting concerts, dances, film screenings, children's shows, and festivals, with Russian-speaking socials on the last Friday of every month. The hall is also available for rent for your own celebration.

The hall itself is the center's pride. The stage arch of the old movie theater, the ticket booth, the murals, and the gold-trimmed cornices have survived, and a large ballroom with a stage, a small ballroom, and a kitchen off the large ballroom make the center a convenient venue for events and private celebrations. Events at the center include:
- Russian-speaking socials on the last Friday of each month, from 7:00 to 9:30 PM
- Concerts and dance nights
- Film screenings and children's shows
- The annual Maslenitsa festival with crepes and performances
- An annual bazaar and food festivals
