The most in-demand program here for offices is medical office administration. It teaches working with patients, scheduling, records, and insurance billing, introduces electronic health records and HIPAA and OSHA rules, and prepares students for the CMAA and CEHRS certifications, and in the final semester students complete 135 hours of practice in a real healthcare setting.

If money and people are closer to your interest, there is accounting, with training in bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting, business management, which teaches leading a team, planning a budget, and running a small business, human resource management (hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits), and business information systems with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
