Before I sold homes, I studied civil engineering at Samara University, and that background still shapes how I look at a property today - structural details, layout potential, and renovation possibilities that a typical listing description glosses over. I have been licensed in Texas since 2002 and work with buyers, sellers, and landlords across the Greater Houston area, including Montgomery County.

Recent work has ranged from residential lots in Montgomery County to full home sales and rentals around Houston - buying, selling, or leasing, whether it is a house, a condo, or an office space. An engineering background means I can walk through a property and flag a real structural concern or a renovation opportunity before it becomes a surprise during inspection.
