Family Green Cards, Citizenship, Fiancé Visas and Waivers

A green card through marriage, papers for relatives, naturalization, a fiancé visa or a waiver when you need help with a refusal: I have practiced only immigration law since 2004, I work online and guide clients from any state and from abroad by Zoom, WhatsApp and phone, and the advice, applications and forms are prepared personally by the attorney, never outsourced.

I work in American federal immigration law, so I can represent clients from every state and from abroad. The core of my practice is family immigration: petitions for spouses, parents, children and siblings, obtaining a green card inside the United States, a two-year conditional green card for those who marry a U.S. citizen and removal of conditions from it, as well as the affidavit of support. For those abroad I arrange consular visas and help after a refusal, and for fiancées and fiancés there are the K-1 visa and the K-2 for children.

I help with:
- citizenship and naturalization, certificates for children and consular reports of birth abroad
- I-601 and I-601A waivers in cases of extreme hardship
- work permits, travel documents and extension or change of status
- Temporary Protected Status and humanitarian parole
- the green card lottery, the entry and help for winners

If you need help with only one stage, I take part of a case separately, for example a document review or preparing a form, and if you prepare the case yourself, I give a one-hour review of your forms before filing. Consultations are by appointment, twenty or forty-five minutes, in Russian or English, and the consultation fee is paid in advance. I am an immigrant myself, so I understand how important a calm and honest explanation of every step is. If Russian is easier for you, consultations are held in Russian as well.
