Mortgages, Refinancing and Non-QM Loans

When your income does not fit a standard bank application, a mortgage does not end in a refusal but starts with a different program: I find a loan for a purchase or a refinance in Russian and in English and take you from pre-approval to closing in Cleveland and across Ohio.

A refinance does one of three things: it lowers the monthly payment, turns part of the value of your home into money for renovations or for paying off debt, or shortens the term of the loan and saves on interest. I run all three on your numbers and tell you honestly which one makes sense, and I have worked as a loan officer since 2003.

For a purchase I choose a program for your situation: Conventional, FHA or VA, Non-QM for non-standard income and the Homes for Heroes program for those whose work serves the community. If you are building a home, I can help finance the construction as well.
