North Eastern Ohio Podiatry Group

Podiatrists for foot and ankle care, with or without surgery

Chronic Achilles tendon pain is treated with no stitches and no sedation using the ultrasound-guided Tenex technique. Warts are cleared with SWIFT microwave therapy: three to four short visits of five to ten minutes each, with no wounds and no bandages. Care is available in Russian.

Heel pain that hits with the first steps of the morning, a toenail that keeps growing in, an ankle that never quite recovered from a sprain: these are everyday reasons to see a podiatrist, and this practice treats them in Russian or English, whichever you find easier. The doctors stay with conservative care wherever it works, and when surgery is the better answer, it is performed within the same practice.

Surgery here goes well beyond a minor office procedure: bunion correction including the Lapiplasty method, HyProCure implants for flat feet, reconstructive and revision surgery of the foot and ankle, ankle joint replacement, and fracture care. When surgery is not needed, custom orthotics are made for your own foot instead of being picked off a shelf.

The most common reasons patients come in:
- heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and heel pain
- ankle pain and arthritis of the foot
- Morton neuroma and numbness between the toes
- hammertoes, corns and calluses
- ingrown and fungal toenails
- sprains, fractures, sports injuries and work injuries
- diabetic foot care and wounds that are slow to heal

Adults and children are welcome, including older patients. The practice works with many HMO and PPO plans, so call to confirm yours. Appointments are scheduled by urgency, so with sharp pain or a fresh injury, call right away.
