Then I first widen the circle of options and later help narrow it, compare prices of similar homes, prepare the purchase agreement, negotiate price and terms, and stay in touch with the lender, the title company and the seller agent until the house is yours.

If you are selling, I help set a reasonable price within fair market value, advise how to present the home so buyers fall for it, and list it on hundreds of websites and portals, including the MLS. I pre-qualify buyers when possible and coordinate every detail of the closing.
