A contract signed without being fully read, a dispute between partners over a share of a company, or an injury for which compensation must be sought: clients bring such cases to me in Cleveland in Russian and English. Since 1992, I have handled corporate, contract, and business litigation matters, as well as claims for compensation for personal injury and defective products.

For businesses, I prepare and review contracts, help with corporate law, work through disputes between partners and shareholders, and represent companies in litigation. I prefer to build a partnership with a client rather than simply provide a service, so I explain what the risks in a document are and what options you have.

For injured people, I help pursue compensation after car and road accidents, medical errors, workplace injuries, dog bites, defective products, and injuries in nursing homes.
