Wholly Crepe Russian Bistro

Siberian Crepes, Borscht, and Beef Stroganoff Since 2015

Siberian crepes are made to order from fresh batter, never a premade mix, and you choose the filling yourself, from red salmon caviar and smoked salmon to caramelized apples and homemade farmers cheese. Beside them on the table: borscht served every day, beef stroganoff, cabbage rolls, and dumplings, all cooked from scratch in a cozy Russian bistro in Tomball.

The signature dish is the beef stroganoff from a house recipe: tender beef and mushrooms in a creamy sauce, served with your choice of mashed potato, egg noodles, rice, or buckwheat. Goulash, stuffed peppers, and baked layers of pork and potato are also on the menu. Beef dumplings are shaped by hand and come with your choice of sour cream, mustard, horseradish, or salsa, while the filled dumplings come with potato and cheese, mushrooms, sauerkraut, and, for dessert, tart cherry or farmers cheese with raisins. Crispy, hot fried meat pies round out the table.

Breakfast is served too: buckwheat porridge, three-egg omelets with any fillings, and homemade farmers cheese with berries and honey. For dessert there is honey cake and homemade baklava, plus whole cakes to order, including Napoleon, and gluten-free and vegetarian options are available on request.

Take home:
- A whole honey cake or another custom cake for a family celebration
- Lomonosov porcelain from St. Petersburg, in tea and coffee sets
- Nesting dolls, music boxes, and other Russian souvenirs
- Hand-knitted hats, scarves, and blankets
- Tula gingerbread and Russian chocolates
- Large orders of dishes for groups

Come by for a leisurely lunch, since every dish is cooked after you order, or place a to-go order by phone or through delivery.
