Before founding my own firm in 2002, I spent 13 years as General Counsel for a multinational testing, inspection, and engineering company operating in more than 50 countries - which is exactly the kind of scale and complexity I now bring to business clients in Texas and Utah. I work in both English and Russian, and I am a certified mediator and arbitrator as well as a litigator, so a dispute does not automatically mean a courtroom.
