Uzbekistan Restaurant
Uzbek, Georgian, Ukrainian and Russian cuisine
An enclosed, heated patio covered in grape vines where guests sit even in January, stone arches in the dining room and a garden courtyard that is hard to leave after sunset: Uzbekistan Restaurant on Bustleton Avenue has welcomed guests from Philadelphia, Bucks County and Montgomery County since 2006. At one table you will find Uzbek pilaf, Georgian dishes, and Ukrainian and Russian classics side by side.
Meats are grilled over an open flame, the pilaf simmers long and slow, steamed dumplings and fried turnovers are made from scratch, and the bread is served fresh. The menu brings four cuisines together, so it is easy for the table to agree, whether guests love smoke and spice or want a simple beet soup and salads.
The restaurant hosts birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, business events and family celebrations, and also arranges catering. Bring your own wine or beer: we are BYOB, with no extra charge.
What guests order most often:
- Shish kebab and ground lamb kebab, juicy and spicy
- Pilaf that simmers slowly

Call to reserve a table or talk through a celebration, and if you would rather stay home, order delivery through the apps.
