Rhythmic Gymnastics for Girls

RhythMix in Buffalo Grove is a rhythmic gymnastics school for girls age 3 and up, with coaches who were competitive gymnasts themselves, now training students in both recreational and competitive programs. The first class is always free.

The recreational program is open to all girls age 3 and up and introduces them to rhythmic gymnastics, with students participating in the annual RhythMix Shows and open classes.

The competitive program is by coach recommendation and prepares gymnasts for local and travel meets, with coach, student, and family working together throughout the competitive career.

Classes run year-round with open enrollment at every level, and the first class is always a free trial.
