Vaganova-Tradition Ballet School

Salt Creek Ballet in Westmont has trained dancers since 1985, teaching children as young as 1.5 years, teens, and adults in ballet, modern, jazz, and tap rooted in the St. Petersburg Vaganova training tradition. Its annual Nutcracker is performed with a live orchestra - a rarity for a dance studio of this size.

The program spans every level, from a child's first introduction to dance through pre-professional training for a career in ballet, along with classes for teens and adults.

Beyond classical ballet, the school teaches modern, contemporary, jazz, and tap, with students regularly performing on local and professional stages.

The annual Nutcracker performed with a live orchestra is a signature tradition, alongside an annual spring performance program.
