Bathhouse, Spa and Restaurant on Division Street

Chicago Bath House (formerly Red Square) on Division Street is Chicago only traditional Russian-Turkish bathhouse, operating on this site since 1906. The building also houses a restaurant serving Russian cuisine with a menu of over 25 vodkas, plus an ice plunge pool and jacuzzi to cool off after the steam room.

The bathhouse offers men's and coed steam rooms reaching up to 230°F, an ice plunge pool, a jacuzzi, a women's section, and spa services including massage, cosmetic treatments, manicures, pedicures, and tanning.

The 110-seat restaurant serves traditional Russian cuisine alongside more than 25 vodkas, so guests can eat and drink without leaving the building after the steam room.

The building itself is a Chicago landmark that has welcomed visitors for over a century - Jesse Jackson was a regular, and the bathhouse has been written about by Nelson Algren and Saul Bellow.
